Ordering
Minimum order within Australia and Zealand is $AU 100 . Delivery not included in prices. Delivery charges will be added at the time of invoicing.
All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Any errors in the website and or errors in the distribution of material is unintended and subject to change without notification.
Orders can be faxed, phoned or emailed through to our office. We do not however email order details back. We reply by faxing your proforma invoice to you for you to confirm all details listed are correct. Upon receipt of payment in writing, showing proof of payment made, orders are dispatched within 4-5 working days.

Payment
We can only accept Electronic Funds Transfer, Cash and Cheque.

Ownership
All goods remain the property of Xenis Australia until payment is received in full. Should a customer default on payment of goods already delivered / collected or any other monies owing – Xenis Australia retains the right of its employees and or agent to enter the premises where goods may be stored to repossess the goods.
 
Delivery
All deliveries must be signed for at time of receiving the parcel(s). Should delivery be made and nobody is available to receive the goods resulting in the freight company choosing to redeliver the goods at a later date, then any extra delivery charges that Xenis Australia incurs will be on forwarded to you, the buyer.
If you require your order(s) delivered to a home address, please advise our office at the time of placing your order, so instructions can be added to your delivery labels. In addition, if your property (home or shop) is unattended and there is nobody available to accept the delivery, you must be prepared to potentially have your parcel left at the door and be aware that alternatively, at the discretion of the delivery driver not being able to access the property and/or not be in a position to leave the parcel on your property, they will have to return the goods to our office, and you are likely to incur extra delivery charges. Also all deliveries must be signed for at time of receiving the parcel(s). Should the goods not be signed for on receipt of delivery then neither Xenis Australia nor the freight company will accept responsibility for damage, loss or missing parcels.

Returns
All claims must be notified and authorised within 7 days of receipt of goods. A 20% restocking fee may be charged for goods returned. Any items returned must be in original condition as it was posted. Any goods accepted for return must be unused and in good re-saleable condition. Goods which are received damaged or used will not be subject to credit. Upon final sighting by Xenis Australia and condition of goods returned final return arrangements will be made. Goods ordered incorrectly will be subject to restocking fee and the cost of returning goods is at the expense of the buyer as is the cost of delivering new revised / new order. Goods sold as stock clearance or on sale will not be accepted for return. Claims for short deliveries and or damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Any missing parcels must be noted on the delivery docket prior to signing so delivery company is also advised in writing at time of delivery. 

Privacy Policy
Xenis Australia records your details on a database in order to process and monitor sales and products purchased from us as well as maintain contact with you. We maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy that means that we do not sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to ANY third-party.
Xenis Australia will not use, rent, sell or disclose your personal information held on our database for any purpose unrelated to our business. We may disclose personal information to third parties who assist us or are involved in the operations of our service. We endeavour to protect any personal information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification and disclosure.

Xenis Australia will however from time to time send correspondence to you in various forms, regarding offers and various Xenis Australia activities. Should you no longer wish to receive information from Xenis Australia please contact our office to advise us.
